Katy, you wanted proof, here you go...
Sausages, meatballs (made from some of the sausages), herby dumplings, carrots, broccolli, cajun potato wedges, red pepper, button mushroom, bread and butter, gravy, reggae reggae sauce, fresh chives and a tiny smidge of salt.
Got most of it (all apart from sauce, gravy, dumplings, cajun powder and salt) from Ryton gardens. Organic, fresh and local, all good.
Very tasty , shame I rarely get chance to cook properly like that (issue of time and motivation).

I'm one of those people that can't stand bland food and have to pump as much flavour in as possible.
Tonight I think I'll do a peri-peri chicken stir fry. It's great when I have the evenings not working...
